VS Design & Prototyping is an independent studio led by Neil Virani in Windsor, Ontario. We work across mechanical design, electronics, software, and physical prototyping to help turn technical ideas into something that can be reviewed and tested.
THE WAY WE WORK
Start with the actual problem.
Some projects need one carefully designed part. Others need a prototype that brings mechanics, electronics, and control together. The right starting point depends on what has to be learned or built next.
We begin with a written overview so the goal, constraints, and existing work are clear. If the request appears to fit, we arrange a call to define the scope, deliverables, timing, and budget before work begins.

VS is based in Windsor, Ontario and accepts inquiries from around the world.
Design reviews and project discussions can happen remotely. For physical builds, fabrication and shipping arrangements are agreed as part of the project scope.
VS provides technical design and prototyping. Work requiring licensed professional review, formal certification, or regulated approval needs an appropriately qualified third party.
