Schematic capture & PCB design
Define circuit connections and organize components on a board layout around the required interfaces, available space, and prototype assembly needs. The design files and fabrication handoff are agreed to the scope.
03 / ELECTRONICS & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS
Develop the circuits and embedded behaviour behind a prototype—from sensor inputs and motor control to the board and firmware that tie them together.
Based in Windsor, Ontario. Working with project teams locally and worldwide.

CAPABILITIES
Electronics work connects the required inputs, control logic, power, and physical outputs into a prototype system. The scope can focus on one board or firmware issue, or on bringing several components together for an initial functional check.
Define circuit connections and organize components on a board layout around the required interfaces, available space, and prototype assembly needs. The design files and fabrication handoff are agreed to the scope.
Integrate control hardware with sensors, motors, and actuators. Work through signal connections, basic power needs, input ranges, and control behaviour for the prototype.
Develop or refine code that reads inputs, applies the agreed logic, and controls outputs. The functions and test conditions are defined for the target prototype and available hardware.
Check a new board or integrated prototype in a controlled, scoped bring-up: inspect connections, power up appropriately, verify key functions, and document issues or observations. This is not formal safety or compliance certification.

A PRACTICAL APPROACH
Start with the goal and the information you have. We’ll agree on the right scope before work begins.
Map the sensors, controls, motors, power, and interfaces the system needs to support.
Create or refine the circuit and embedded code around the required functions and available components.
Check the assembled system’s basic operation, investigate issues, and refine the design within the agreed scope.
POSSIBLE PROJECT OUTPUTS
Deliverables are selected and defined for each project. Depending on the agreed scope, they may include:
Prototype development and functional checks do not replace formal safety review, regulatory testing, or product certification. Those requirements need the appropriately qualified test provider.
