What happens when you inquire

If you choose to send an email, the information in it goes to VS Design & Prototyping at contact@vsprototyping.com. This may include your name, email address, company, project description, service interest, timeline, and budget. You decide whether to add attachments.

The website does not transmit, upload, or store the form contents. Your email provider and the email app you use handle the message when you send it. If you prefer, contact VS directly by email instead of using the inquiry form.

How the information is used

VS uses project inquiry details to review the request, reply, and discuss whether the work is a fit. Do not send confidential or sensitive information in an initial inquiry. If a project needs a confidentiality agreement or a different way to exchange files, discuss that before sending those materials.

Retention and questions

Email correspondence may remain in the email account and its backups while it is needed to respond to and manage the inquiry or related work. VS should delete or securely dispose of inquiry information when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations. Email contact@vsprototyping.com with a privacy question or request about information you sent.

Website technologies

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. VS has not configured analytics, advertising trackers, or a form-submission service on this site. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its data practices. If the site’s services change, this notice will be updated.
